Roman Sologub

Co-founder of ISSP, the first Ukrainian Cybersecurity Consulting company, currently operating in 7+ Countries of EMEA region, USA, and Canada. Roman was the initiator and general manager of the first Ukrainian SOC, developed by the ISSP team. Roman holds a master's degree of Science in cybersecurity from the National Technical University of Ukraine' Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and has more than 14 years of experience managing complex cybersecurity projects. Roman was focused on inventing and developing new and advanced cybersecurity solutions throughout his entire career. Roman regularly speaks at major international cybersecurity conferences such as S4XEUROPE, CS3STHLM, and IDC Day Roadshow. He was also invited as a guest speaker to MIT and Dartmouth College.
Tim Conway
Technical Director - ICS and SCADA programs at SANS Institute. Tim is a recognized leader in CIP operations, he formerly served as the Director of CIP Compliance and Operations Technology at Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) and was responsible for Operations Technology, NERC CIP Compliance, and the NERC training environments for the operations departments within NIPSCO Electric.

He has developed and led regional and global sales teams for successful sales growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. He is experienced in go-to-market strategy, implementation, and channel partner management. He has worked in senior management positions in major companies, including Ahlstrom, Aspocomp, ICL, Fujitsu, Fujitsu-Siemens, and Nokia. He holds a Master of Science degree in strategic marketing, business economics, and computer science from the Helsinki School of Economics (currently Aalto University).
